Just remember, if you are one of the few people who actually reside in VT, you have the Adirondacks to the West in NY (a quick drive or ferry ride across Lake Champlain), the Whites to the East in NH (Rumney, Pawtuckaway, etc.), and Western Mass Gneiss to the South.
